How CallScope pricing works.

Why is there no price list?

A council contact centre, an air-gapped defence help desk and a 12-seat business have very different needs, so a single sticker price would be misleading. We scope your environment and send pricing that reflects it, usually within one business day.

What information do you need to quote?

Your VoIP or 3CX platform, the number of agents and queues, your preferred hosting region or model, and any compliance requirements. The pricing form walks you through it in a couple of minutes.

Does the hosting region change the price?

It can. Managed SaaS is available in New Zealand, Australia, the USA, UK, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and South Africa, and on-premise or air-gapped deployments are scoped per engagement, so we factor your chosen model into the quote.

Is there any obligation?

No. Requesting pricing is free and there is no sales pressure, you get a clear price and a deployment plan you can take to your team.
